Change of Company Name to Oberon AIM VCT plc

The Company is pleased to announce that, following the approval by the Company’s shareholders (“shareholders”) at the Annual General Meeting held on 28 June 2024 to change the Company name, New Century AIM VCT 2 PLC is henceforth renamed Oberon AIM VCT plc. Companies House issued a Certificate of Incorporation on Change of Name on 3 July 2024 and therefore the change of name to Oberon AIM VCT plc became effective from that date.

Shareholders will be unaffected by the change of name and existing share certificates will continue to be valid and should be retained.
