Generational Group Advises Fleet Safety International in its Sale to We Know Training

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Generational Group, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, is pleased to announce the sale of its client, Fleet Safety International (FSI) to We Know Training. The transaction closed June 10, 2024.

We Know Training, headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta, is a technology-enabled, international learning solution provider. With this acquisition, We Know Training has expanded its educational service offerings into the driver safety industry and will serve as a platform for FSI’s continued growth and innovation.

Established in 1986, Fleet Safety International (FSI) is a prominent provider of online driver education and in-vehicle training based in Calgary, Alberta. Renowned for its research and behavior-based driver education solutions, FSI prides itself on setting the driver training standard in Canada.
