Black & Veatch Names Jennifer Divito as President of BV Operations

Veteran of leading critical infrastructure provider takes on role tied closely to company’s sustainable innovation strategy

OVERLAND PARK, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--As Black & Veatch proactively reconfigures its business structure to meet increasing and transformational client demands, the global critical infrastructure solutions leader has promoted Jennifer Divito to president of BV Operations, the execution hub for the company’s broad spectrum of projects. This centralized expertise accounts for the majority of the company’s more than 12,000 employees worldwide.

With nearly 20 years of Black & Veatch experience, Divito has managed large, complex projects across the company’s portfolio of innovations and solutions, most recently serving as senior vice president of distributed infrastructure solutions. She previously held a variety of roles, including connectivity segment leader and vice president of program management, having also worked in project controls.

Divito’s responsibilities in the role include enhancing the innovation and effectiveness of BV Operations’ capabilities across project management, engineering design, construction management, estimation, quality, procurement and safety to deliver disruptive sustainability outcomes at new levels of scale and global reach that are essential to enable the world to meet its decarbonization, clean water and connectivity goals.
