HealthPartners ranks No. 1 in member satisfaction for Minnesota-Wisconsin Region, according to J.D. Power 2024 study

Health plan’s overall member satisfaction index is 22 points higher than region average

BLOOMINGTON, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HealthPartners has taken the top spot in the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. Commercial Member Health Plan Study for the Minnesota-Wisconsin region. It’s the highest-ranked health plan in overall satisfaction in the region, outperforming the average member satisfaction score by 22 points.

“In everything we do, we put our members, patients and employers first. These results reflect all the hard work our teams are doing to make care and coverage easier to use and understandable,” said Andrea Walsh, HealthPartners president and CEO. “When we’re able to deliver an exceptional experience, that has a direct and positive impact on health and well-being.”

The study data were collected from September 2023 through March 2024, resulting in 29,188 completed surveys across 22 U.S. regions. It examines member satisfaction and engagement, as well as other key factors including whether products and coverage meets members’ needs, trust, and customer service.

HealthPartners ranked #1 in several dimensions evaluated in the study, including ease of doing business, digital channels and its people and call center agents.
