Valerio Therapeutics S.A. (Euronext Growth Paris: ALVIO), a clinical-stage biotechnology company specializing in the development of innovative drugs targeting tumor DNA Damage Response (DDR) and driver oncogenes, today announced that the Combined (Ordinary and Extraordinary) General Meeting held today at 2 pm was able to validly deliberate with a quorum of 48.1%.

The General Meeting adopted all the resolutions approved by the Board of Directors.
