The new offerings combine quick response, reactive support, and forward-looking, proactive services to help customers continually improve their use of Forescout’s platform.

• Access to self-guided e-learning

Gold Support includes:

• All the Premium Support services
• Full upgrade services
• Customer success services

Diamond Support includes:

• All Premium and Gold Support services
• Detailed policy assessments
• Hardware refresh services
• Maturity assessments
• Assessment optimization services
• Architectural workshops and operational runbooks

Premium, Gold, and Diamond Support will replace Forescout’s previous offerings. Customers with active support policies for Basic or Advanced Support will continue to receive the respective level of support services until the conclusion of their current term. They can also choose to upgrade to a new level of support before the end of their current term.
