Hilgers Graben Earns NAMWOLF Certification as Woman-Owned Law Firm

Firm now largest certified woman-owned law firm in U.S.

LINCOLN, Neb.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Hilgers Graben, a nationwide commercial litigation and discovery counsel law firm, is proud to announce the National Association of Minority & Women Owned Law Firms (NAMWOLF) has certified it as a woman-owned law firm, making it the largest such law firm in the country.

Founded in 2001, NAMWOLF is a nonprofit trade association comprised of minority and women-owned law firms, as well as other interested parties throughout the country.

“Our firm has broken the traditional mold for elite law firms, creating a home for its attorneys to have long-lasting careers, which has powered our dynamic growth and our diversity. We are excited to be certified by NAMWOLF, which plays a vital role in building relationships among diverse, thriving law firms,” said firm owner Heather Hilgers.

NAMWOLF’s mission is to promote diversity of representation in the legal profession by fostering successful relationships among preeminent minority and women-owned law firms, along with private and public entities. Firm certification is determined by a detailed vetting process that involves independent research on each prospective firm based on a range of criteria.
