Based in Nashville, Tennessee, Gaches brings over a decade of extensive legal and business expertise in the entertainment sector to his new position. Prior to joining EPIC, Gaches led the legal and business affairs group for music and comedy touring at William Morris Endeavor (WME), a global talent agency part of the Endeavor network, where he played a pivotal role in navigating complex legal landscapes and fostering substantial growth within the company's music and touring business.
