Three Johnston Tobey Baruch Attorneys Earn Best Lawyers in Dallas Honors from D Magazine

Randy Johnston, Robert Tobey and Chad Baruch recognized by peers as top lawyers

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The 2024 edition of D Magazine's Best Lawyers in Dallas list has recognized three shareholders from Johnston Tobey Baruch including name partners Randy Johnston and Robert Tobey, along with firm managing shareholder Chad Baruch.

Mr. Johnston, the firm’s co-founder, has been recognized for his work in professional liability litigation. He is generally recognized as one of the state’s foremost authorities on professional malpractice, and also handles cases involving breaches of fiduciary duty and a wide range of business disputes.

D Magazine has regularly featured him as one of the city's top litigators and in 2022 named him to its inaugural Best Lawyers Hall of Fame.

Board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in consumer and commercial law, Mr. Tobey was recognized for professional liability litigation. He has built a reputation for his effectiveness in the courtroom and knowledge of civil law and ethical issues in legal practice management.

Mr. Baruch was recognized for his expertise in appellate law. A constitutional law scholar, he also is board certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in civil appellate law.
