Alexander Group Unveils Artificial Intelligence Use Cases Research

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Alexander Group, the leading revenue growth consultancy to Global 2000 companies, unveiled the first installation of its Artificial Intelligence (AI) Research Series, powered by the Executive Access Program. The new research evaluates use cases for commercial AI, including how to use AI to improve demand generation, cross- and upsell for profitable growth, offer better sales coaching and intelligence, enhance customer service, and manage commercial talent.

The Alexander Group AI research details how persona-specific content generation and delivery is the leading current example of AI-assisted demand generation. Advanced companies use AI to act on intent signals to craft and deliver relevant, personalized content which stimulates customer demand and nurtures relationships. The findings also show how leading companies cross- and upsell with AI by prospecting to new buyers within an account based on an individual’s profile, behavior and intent signals.

Later this year, Alexander Group will release additional AI use cases research through its Executive Access subscription on topics including AI-driven new product introductions, channel partnerships, inside sales, revenue operations and sales compensation design.

“AI is a new and quickly evolving aspect of business today. We view it as an accelerator to commercial organizations, supporting and improving their core growth initiatives. Alexander Group is well-positioned to use data and research to enable our clients to make informed go-to-market decisions about their AI investments,” said Davis Giedt, Director of the Executive Access Program and the Research practice at Alexander Group.

Executive Access subscribers are the first to receive many of Alexander Group’s detailed industry research and analytics deliverables. What’s more, the program is tailored to specific roles—CROs, Marketing leaders, Sales leaders, Operations leaders, HR and Compensation leaders alike.
