Acquisition Will Grow Convergint’s North American Presence and Deepen Service Capabilities for Customers in Utilities, Healthcare, and Data Center Markets

FORT MYERS, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Convergint, a global leader in service-based systems integration, today announced that it has acquired Panavidéo Inc.—a Canada-headquartered integrator that specializes in the design, implementation, and servicing of intricate, cutting-edge access control and video security solutions throughout Quebec. This acquisition enhances Convergint’s service to customers in Canada, expanding its technology capabilities in the utilities, higher education, healthcare, and data center markets.
