IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Margot Spera has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President, Alliant Specialty, within the company’s Real Estate & Hospitality specialty vertical. Spera partners with real estate clients to create short and long-term strategies that minimize risk and beat market expectations.

Spera has over 16 years of casualty broking experience, executing sophisticated data-driven strategies that maximize negotiation outcomes in an ever-changing casualty market. She maintains a broad range of carrier relationships with both national and regional access points.

Spera earned a Bachelor of Science from Emerson College and holds a multi-state P&C broker license.
