EV Technology Group Announces Resignations

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--EV Technology Group Ltd. (the “Company” or “EV Technology Group”) (OTCQB: EVTGF, NEO: EVTG, DE: B96A), announces the resignation of all officers including the Chief Executive Officer, the Chief Financial Officer, President and Corporate Secretary have resigned, and all directors have also resigned from the board of directors (the “Board”). Prior to its resignation, the Board appointed Mr. Kenny Choi and Mr. Ryan Ptolemy authorized signatories of the Company.
