DENVER--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Scrum Alliance announces the appointment of Danielle deLuise as chief product officer as it further enhances its team to build on its vision to “Transform the World of Work.”

She’s the latest member to join CEO Tristan Boutros and the executive leadership team at Scrum Alliance consisting of: Angie Stecovich, chief operating officer; Tracee Aliotti, chief marketing officer; and Adam Nelson, general counsel. Collectively, they’re poised to activate Scrum Alliance’s strategic journey, which is heavily anchored in product expansion and helping professionals develop the needed skills to thrive throughout their careers.

“Our entire team is poised to make a dent in the enterprise agility space, a direction we’ve been moving Scrum Alliance into as we grow for the future. It’s exciting to have all parts of our operation fully built out with the skills and experience to help us transform the organization and serve our community,” says Boutros. “Danielle’s proven experience bringing new products to market is exactly what Scrum Alliance needs as we work to expand our product portfolio with agile training solutions that serve professionals worldwide.”

Scrum Alliance is the first nonprofit focused on agile education and certification and serves a growing and global community of nearly 1.5 million professionals spanning diverse industries.

With over 20 years of experience, deLuise specializes in designing products, building high-performance teams, and developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies. She has particular expertise in user-centered design, learning technology, learning analytics and data-driven decision making, as well as e-learning content creation and delivery.

“I’m excited to help the world's largest agile community benefit from the products we’re refining and developing right now. This role with Scrum Alliance is a perfect fit because of my experience leveraging Scrum to break down complex goals into manageable increments. Across industries, scrum certifications have empowered the teams I've worked with to deliver the right thing faster,” says deLuise.

She adds that her team members through the years have included those who hold Certified ScrumMaster® and Certified Scrum Product Owner® certifications.
