JLL Partners Announces Managing Director Promotions

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--JLL Partners (“JLL” or the “Firm”), a New York-based middle market private equity firm focused on investing in businesses in the healthcare, aerospace and defense, and business services sectors, today announced the appointments of Vikas Mouli and James Shillito to the position of Managing Director.

Mr. Mouli joined JLL in 2017 as a Vice President focusing on healthcare investments and will continue to build on this expertise as a Managing Director. Before joining JLL, Mr. Mouli worked in private equity serving as an Associate at TPG Growth. Mr. Mouli has also held the role of M&A Analyst at Barclays.

James Shillito joined the Firm in 2022 as a Principal and continues to focus on healthcare investments. Prior to joining JLL, Mr. Shillito held the role of Principal at The Carlyle Group, where he was the sector lead for the firm’s middle market investment efforts in healthcare. Mr. Shillito has over a decade of experience evaluating and investing in the healthcare sector.
