ADM Files Form 12b-25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--ADM (NYSE: ADM) (the “Company”) today announced that it has filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”) related to the Company’s Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year 2023. The Company is working diligently to finalize its financial statements and currently intends to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K as soon as practicable by March 15, 2024, the end of the 15-day extension period.

The 12b-25 filing is available on ADM’s Investor Relations website at www.investors.adm.com under “SEC Filings” on the “Financials” page.

The Company will make a subsequent announcement to schedule the date and time of its fourth quarter and full-year 2023 earnings release and conference call once the filing date of its Form 10-K is confirmed.
