HealthStream Announces 12% Dividend Increase; First Quarter 2024 Dividend

NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--HealthStream, Inc. (the “Company”) (Nasdaq: HSTM), a leading healthcare technology platform for workforce solutions announced today that, as disclosed in the Company’s earnings release dated February 19, 2024, the Board of Directors has approved a 12 percent increase in the Company’s quarterly dividend to $0.028 per share, up from $0.025 per share—and declared a cash dividend for the first quarter of 2024 of $0.028 per share of the Company’s outstanding common stock. The first quarter 2024 dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of the close of March 11, 2024, with a payment date of March 22, 2024.
