Fears Law Announces Appointment of Chief Operating Officer

Focus on streamlining operations, scaling processes to support strategic growth

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Fears Law, a national law firm based in Dallas, with a proven track record for achieving favorable verdicts and resolutions on behalf of clients, proudly announces the appointment of Debbie Ames as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Debbie’s appointment signifies the firm's unwavering commitment to provide exceptional client service and to follow the highest principles of professionalism.

In her role as COO, Ms. Ames will spearhead the acceleration of the firm’s growth as the strategic leader of processes and people. Collaborating closely with leaders across the firm, she will work in tandem with firm founder Bryan Fears, helping to ensure quality client service.

Ms. Ames, who brings more than 15 years of operational leadership experience to her new role, primarily in the professional services sector, most recently served as a director at Eisner Advisory Group. Prior to that, she was a partner at Goldin Peiser & Peiser, where she also served as the COO, Director of Human Resources and Director of Business Development. She is a certified Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®), Prosci ® Certified Change Practitioner and holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
