Holly Benson, Phil Davis Elected to Grange Insurance Board of Directors

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Today, Grange Insurance Company announced Holly Benson and Phil Davis have been appointed to serve on its Board of Directors, effective Feb. 22, 2024.

Their extensive leadership experiences will add enormous value to Grange as we continue to innovate, transform and modernize for our associates, our agents and our valued policyholders,” said Grange Board Chair Marnette Perry.

Benson is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in the development and execution of strategies and services across a variety of industries, including healthcare, government and public policy. She currently serves as the founder and CEO of Screen Corps, LLC. Benson previously held leadership positions at Health Care Enterprises, a division of Centene Corporation and served as Secretary for the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration. She also served as Secretary for the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and as a member of the Florida House of Representatives.

Benson graduated with honors from Dartmouth College and earned her law degree from the University of Florida College of Law.

Davis is an experienced business advisor and strategy consultant with 25 years of experience in banking, insurance, technology, telecommunications and industrial industries across the globe. Davis currently serves as Managing Director at Accenture leading the firm’s client experience capabilities. Previously, Davis was a partner with Bain and Company where he led west coast Financial Services, and SVP with Visa where he served as head of Visa Client Consulting.

Phil received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Yale School of Management with a concentration in Strategy and Finance.
