New Century AIM VCT2 Plc (the “Company”) announces that, at a meeting of the Board of Directors duly convened and held on 29th January 2024, the Board agreed unanimously to request Michael Barnard to resign from the office of director in accordance with the Company’s Articles of Association.

A letter signed by all the directors was delivered to Michael Barnard on 30th January 2024 confirming such request and advising that his office of director has been vacated.
