Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund Declares January 2024 Distribution

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund (TSX: CHE.UN) today announced that it has declared a cash distribution of $0.055 per unit for the month of January 2024 payable on February 26, 2024 to unitholders of record at the close of business on January 31, 2024. This is ten percent higher than the previous level of monthly distributions.

Holders of units who are non-residents of Canada will be required to pay all withholding taxes payable in respect of any distributions of income by the Fund.

Suspension of Distribution Reinvestment Plan (“DRIP”)

Chemtrade announced on January 15, 2024 that it has suspended the DRIP. Effective with this January 2024 distribution all distributions of the Fund will now be paid only in cash.
