Wynnchurch Capital Closes on Fund VI at $3.5 Billion

ROSEMONT, Ill.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Wynnchurch Capital, L.P. ("Wynnchurch"), a leading middle market private equity firm, announced the closing of its sixth private equity fund, Wynnchurch Capital Partners VI, L.P (“the Fund”) at $3.5 billion of committed capital.

The Fund, which had a target of $3.0 billion, was significantly oversubscribed, resulting in the Fund closing less than five months after its initial launch.
