Pastor Dino Rizzo Recaps Recent Episode of ARC Church's UNSCRIPTED With Michael Miller

Pastor Dino Rizzo, the Executive Director at ARC (Association of Related Churches), sat down for a chat with Michael Miller on the most recent episode of the organization's UNSCRIPTED web series.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pastor Dino Rizzo, a 35-year ministry veteran who serves as the Executive Director at ARC (Association of Related Churches), recently sat down with Michael Miller for an episode of the organization's UNSCRIPTED web series.

During their discussion on UNSCRIPTED, Miller mentioned that in April 2010, he and his wife Lorisa started a prayer meeting group out of a small upstairs office space overlooking downtown Dallas.

Over the next few years, that small prayer meeting grew and grew, until finally it became Upper Room Ministries. It was clear that God had birthed a movement of prayer and worship in the Dallas region. Miller told Dino Rizzo that his prayer meeting is an "unconventional church plant we stumbled into."

The discussion between Dino Rizzo and Miller included topics such as how defining "prayer" laid the foundation for relationships in their community; ministering to the Lord as their first love while letting prayer serve as their best evangelism tool; Gen Z for Jesus and how the prayer meeting is reaching the next generation in a raw, gritty way; and simplifying things as a leader and equipping people for the times we're living in.

In addition, Miller shared how there was great hunger in his community to experience God in a real way. He further explained that God called the Millers to downtown Dallas, even though they preferred the suburbs, because prayer was needed in that demographic.

Throughout UNSCRIPTED, Dino Rizzo chats with impressive church pastors and leaders from across the world. Everyone he interviews has dedicated their lives to service and spreading the word of Jesus to make a major difference in their local communities.

UNSCRIPTED features honest discussions surrounding relationships, struggles, church planting, and leadership. The episodes share unscripted conversations between Dino Rizzo and his guests.

ARC had two successful seasons of UNSCRIPTED, which convinced ARC to launch a third season. This way, Dino Rizzo could continue meeting with more impactful pastors and leaders.

UNSCRIPTED helps to expand the overall mission of the organization to support independent churches around the country in their aims to spread the word of Jesus. ARC provides the financial and training support that these new church planters need to survive and thrive.
