AM Best to Co-Sponsor and Participate at 2024 Emerging Leaders Conference

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best will co-sponsor, participate and be recognized at the 6th Annual Emerging Leaders Conference, which acknowledges high-performing individuals and provides professional training to develop the next generation of insurance industry leaders. The event, which will take place February 4-6, 2024, in San Antonio, TX, is hosted jointly with the American Property Casualty Insurance Association (APCIA) and the Insurance Careers Movement.

AM Best Director Daniel Jimenez and Associate Director Craig Draghi will be honored at the annual event by conference organizers as emerging leaders in the insurance industry. Jimenez started at AM Best as a junior statistical analyst and now oversees a team of financial data analysts that support the company’s strategic decision-making process. Draghi started at AM Best as an associate analyst in the life/health ratings division and now manages a team of operations analysts that have an internal focus on core rating systems.

The session will take place in the Alamo Ballroom Salons ABC.

The Insurance Careers Movement is an industrywide initiative designed to raise awareness of the diverse career options that risk management and insurance offer, and AM Best is actively participating in the movement to address the industry’s critical talent gap issue.
