KBRA Assigns Preliminary Ratings to Brean Asset Backed Securities Trust 2023-RM7 (BABS 2023-RM7)

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KBRA assigns preliminary ratings to seven class of mortgage-backed notes from Brean Asset Backed Securities Trust 2023-RM7 (BABS 2023-RM7). The pool comprises 301 fixed rate proprietary reverse mortgage loans with an aggregate principal balance of $154.2 million as of the cut-off date.

In its review of this transaction, KBRA utilized its Reverse Mortgage Securitization Global Rating Methodology and evaluated the collateral pool using its KBRA Reverse Mortgage Model (KRMM).
