Earned Top Honors from GRESB, Nareit, ENERGY STAR, Newsweek and S&P Global

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) recognized Hudson Pacific with both the ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year distinction and Sustained Excellence status for a fifth consecutive year of notable achievements in energy efficiency and environmental stewardship.
