AM Best Adds Interactive Company Dashboard Feature to BestLink®

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best has enhanced the BestLink online platform with a new Company Dashboard feature that presents company-level intelligence in a fast-performing, user-friendly interface outfitted with customizable dashboard tiles that offer interactive charts and sparkline performance histories.

The new dashboard offers ratings, data and analytics in a series of tiles that can be displayed, rearranged or hidden, letting users prioritize the content most important to them. Many tiles can be expanded to reveal more in-depth information.

The Company Dashboard serves as a complement to the existing BestLink structure, offering both new features and information.

“We’ve studied how clients interact with our products, and part of our goal with this enhancement is to allow each one to surface information of the highest value to them when they need it, in a form that aligns well with their specific workflows,” according to Adriana Franco, vice president of product strategy at AM Best. “The dashboard includes many features valued by our customers, including annual versus quarterly US data views, key global and Solvency II financials, currency and data format options, and, of course, access to Best’s Credit Ratings and analytical reports,” she added.

Customers of Best’s Financial Suite, Best’s Insurance Reports® and Best’s Alert Service have access to the new dashboard feature.
