Tyler Technologies’ Plano Office Named a Top Workplace in North Texas

Company recognized by The Dallas Morning News for the tenth year

PLANO, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Tyler Technologies, Inc. (NYSE: TYL) has been named to The Dallas Morning News’ “Top Workplaces D-FW” in the large company category for 2023. This marks the tenth time the company has been recognized as a top workplace in the region.

“We’re very pleased to be recognized by The Dallas Morning News as a top workplace this year,” said Lynn Moore, president and chief executive officer of Tyler. “The talent market in North Texas is extremely competitive, and we’re encouraged that our team members view Tyler as a great place to grow their careers. We’re proud of our company culture that we’ve been able to maintain for many years.”

The Dallas Morning News bases its “Top Workplaces D-FW” on an independent, confidential survey of employees. The survey, conducted by Energage, asks employees questions related to company alignment, effectiveness, leadership, management, and work/life balance. This year, the list includes 150 public, private, nonprofit, and government organizations. Since its inception in 2009, the competition has highlighted local employers who raise the bar of workplace excellence throughout North Texas.

More than 700 employees work in Tyler’s Plano office, which is both the company’s headquarters and home to its Courts & Justice Division. Tyler has more than 7,200 employees nationwide.
