California Pizza Kitchen Invites Guests to Embrace the Holiday Spirit with Decadent New Dishes and a Signature Cocktail

Three new limited time only menu items available through December make CPK the perfect place to enjoy a meal this holiday season.

COSTA MESA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--With the holiday season around the corner, California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) is rolling out three new limited time only menu items to celebrate.

Starting November 14, guests can enjoy two new dishes and a specialty cocktail, inspired by festive flavors. Guests who love CPK’s bold and creative pizza flavors will be pleased to see the Neapolitan Burrata Pizza added to the menu, an innovative spin on classic Neapolitan pizza featuring creamy burrata and slow-roasted cherry tomatoes. For guests looking to try something new, the Shaking Beef Pasta offers a hot, savory dish complete with tender pieces of seared filet and a garlic-sesame soy sauce. And since the perfect holiday meal isn’t complete without a specialty cocktail, guests can pair their dishes with CPK’s new Hand-Shaken Espresso Martini.

• Neapolitan Burrata Pizza​: Housemade Neapolitan pizza sauce, slow-roasted cherry tomatoes, and parmesan with creamy burrata, extra virgin olive oil, and fresh basil.​
• Shaking Beef with Pasta: Tender pieces of filet seared and tossed in our garlic-sesame soy sauce. Served over spaghetti with sliced onions and scallions, and topped with a fresh herb salad and serrano peppers.
