Grant Thornton’s Erin Lentz named to 2023 Women Leaders in Consulting list

Lentz was honored for “Excellence in Leadership” by Consulting Magazine

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Erin Lentz, a partner in the Risk Advisory Services practice at Grant Thornton LLP, has been named to Consulting Magazine’s 2023 Women Leaders in Consulting list. The prestigious annual award, which recognizes industry standouts and rising stars in the profession, recognized Lentz for “Excellence in Leadership.”

As a Risk Advisory partner at the firm, Lentz provides numerous clients with tailored solutions that solve their most complex business challenges. Under her guidance, she has helped establish Grant Thornton as a premier provider of regulatory risk services.

Lentz is also an advocate for women. Her passion for women’s advancement is tied to her love of mentoring, which is why Erin helped create a program for female advisory managers to network, discuss challenges and share ideas on succeeding while maintaining work/life balance.

“It is an honor to be recognized among such talented professionals, but the success of our engagements is a direct result of the dedication and hard work of my team,” said Lentz. “When I first started doing this job years ago, I was one of only a handful of women and now there’s so much more representation and allyship. I hope this accolade helps inspire other women leaders to carry the torch and continue building on all our successes.”

“I am a firm believer that the more you love something, the more you’ll pour into it and that is exactly what Erin and I have done over the last few years,” said Wade Kruse, national managing partner of Advisory Services, who himself was named to Consulting Magazine’s 2023 Top Consultants list in June of this year.

“These achievements shine a light on our team’s ability to identify and address critical challenges in a rapidly evolving business landscape,” added Kruse. “That is how we will continue to provide value to our clients through our continually evolving Advisory offerings.”
