Real Estate Attorney Mitch Arnold Joins Dorsey in Phoenix

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Attorney Mitch Arnold has joined Dorsey & Whitney LLP as a Real Estate Of Counsel in Phoenix, continuing the growth of this successful office.

Mitch is a transactional real estate attorney who helps his clients with acquisitions, leasing, divestitures, and other complex business matters. He has experience representing a variety of clients, including shopping center owners, fast food chain owners, and convenience store owners and operators. His work includes drafting declarations of covenants, conditions and restrictions, reciprocal easement agreements, leases, purchase sale agreements, and title review, as well as assisting clients through a smooth closing process. Prior to his legal career, Mitch worked as an Exploration Land Manager and Transactional Real Estate Leader for a California-based oil and natural gas company.

Mitch joins Dorsey from Clark Hill in Phoenix. He received his J.D., Highest Honor, from the University of Tulsa College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Wyoming.
