Teleperformance SE (Paris:TEP) announces the availability of its supplement to the exemption document valid as a prospectus exemption, prepared in accordance with the provisions of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/528 of 16 December 2020 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 of the European Parliament and of the Council, in connection with the voluntary public offer to acquire in cash and shares all of the shares of Majorel and the capital increase of Teleperformance in consideration for the portion of the offer made in shares.
