G&A Partners acquires Arizona-based HR outsourcing provider Integrity Outsource

HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--G&A Partners, a professional employer organization (PEO) and human resources outsourcing provider (HRO), announced today that it has acquired Integrity Outsource, a Phoenix-based PEO.

Though G&A has an established presence in Arizona through two prior acquisitions, the acquisition of Integrity Outsource positions G&A to become a significant player in the Arizona PEO market.

This acquisition marks the 12^th for G&A Partners in the past five years. Joe Beers, Integrity Outsource’s president and CEO, will remain with G&A Partners, where he will focus on business development and client relationship management, including introducing Integrity clients to additional products and services available to them through G&A.
