HealthPartners unveils 2024 Medicare Advantage plans featuring broad networks and unmatched customer service

Industry leading 5-Star customer service, $0 premium option among highlights

BLOOMINGTON, Minn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Three HealthPartners Medicare Advantage (MA) plans received an overall 4.5 out of 5-Star Rating, including 5 out of 5-Stars for customer service, from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) for 2024. HealthPartners Journey (PPO), HealthPartners Robin (PPO) and HealthPartners UnityPoint Health (PPO) MA plans received the 4.5 Star Rating.

CMS publishes Star Ratings each fall to measure the quality of health and drug services received by Medicare enrollees in MA plans. CMS bases its ratings on several clinical and performance measures including administration of care, management of chronic conditions, member experience, plan performance and customer service.
