Schwab Declares Common Stock Dividend and Declares Preferred Stock Dividends

WESTLAKE, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Board of Directors of The Charles Schwab Corporation at its meeting today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per common share. The dividend is payable November 24, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 10, 2023.

In addition, the Board of Directors also declared dividends on the following series of outstanding preferred stock, payable December 1, 2023 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on November 16, 2023:
