Lincoln Financial Group Names Tina Madon as Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Relations

Madon joins Lincoln with more than 30 years of experience leading investor relations programs and strategic financial initiatives

RADNOR, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Lincoln Financial Group (NYSE: LNC) announced today that Tina Madon has been named senior vice president (SVP), Head of Investor Relations. She will report to Chris Neczypor, executive vice president, Chief Financial Officer and will become part of the company’s corporate leadership group, effective Oct. 25.

In her role, Madon will focus on enhancing Lincoln’s investor relations strategy, as well as managing the communications and interactions with shareholders, analysts and the broader financial community.

Madon has more than 30 years of financial services experience. Over the course of her career, she has led strategic finance initiatives and extensive investor relations programs at an array of varied financial institutions. Most recently, she served as SVP, Head of Investor Relations and Corporate Communications at Focus Financial Partners, where she developed the firm’s investor relations program as the first pureplay, publicly traded company in the independent wealth management sector. Earlier in her career, she served as managing director, Head of Public Markets Investor and Creditor Relations at Och-Ziff Capital Management Group, where she led successful investor and creditor relations programs and critical financial efforts. Prior to that, Madon spent nearly a decade at Merrill Lynch, leading global corporate and finance efforts related to operational efficiencies and investor relations. She began her career in investment banking at Lehman Brothers, before moving onto several critical finance positions.

Madon holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Mount Holyoke College, and a Master in Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
