Korn Ferry Named a Best Company for Working Parents by Seramount

LOS ANGELES--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Korn Ferry (NYSE: KFY) has been named a “2023 100 Best Companies for Working Parents” by Seramount (formerly Working Mother Media). Seramount honors companies that offer inclusive family benefits for their employees.

Korn Ferry received the distinction for providing employees in the United States a wide range of family-friendly benefits, including gender-neutral paternal leave, flexible work arrangements when returning to work, adoption reimbursements, fertility benefits and mental health benefits.

“We’re honored to be named one of the best companies for parents by Seramount. The recognition reflects our efforts to be a premier career destination,” said Korn Ferry Executive Vice President, Global Human Resources, Linda Hyman. “As the workplace continues to evolve and the lines between work life and home life have become increasingly blurred, it’s humbling to see all that has been accomplished by our firm’s working parents and all of our colleagues across the globe.”

“Our 100 Best Companies are going the extra mile to create inclusive work environments for parents and caregivers,” says Subha V. Barry, President of Seramount. “We are proud to honor these forward-thinking companies.”
