AGI Announces Kate Glasser as EVP, Global Operations

WINNIPEG, Manitoba--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Ag Growth International (TSX: AFN) (“AGI”, the “Company”, “we” or “our”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Kate Glasser to the position of Executive Vice President, Global Operations. In this new role, Kate will lead and manage AGI’s global business functions including product management, sales execution, manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering. Kate will work out of the AGI Naperville, IL office.

Kate joins AGI from Henkel AG & Co., where she held the role of Corporate Vice President, Adhesive Electronic Industrials leading a global team responsible for delivering P&L results. Prior to that Kate worked for IDEX Corporation as the President of their Rescue Business. This included management of business units in the U.S., Germany, India, and China.

Kate started her career in the airline industry and post MBA joined Dow developing in roles such as Marketing, M&A, and Business Director before ascending to her final role as Global Business Director of Coating Materials.

Kate holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor's in Mathematics from the University of Rochester.
