Christopher Bilotto Appointed President and Chief Executive Officer

Brian Donley Appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

NEWTON, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI) today announced that Christopher Bilotto has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and Brian Donley has been appointed Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, both effective October 1, 2023.

Mr. Bilotto has been serving as Chief Operating Officer of OPI since 2020 and also as President since 2021. He is also a Senior Vice President of The RMR Group (Nasdaq: RMR), overseeing portfolio management for all office, industrial and retail properties managed by RMR, as well as development and redevelopment across the United States. Prior to joining RMR in 2011, Mr. Bilotto worked at General Growth Properties in various management roles.

Mr. Donley joined RMR in 2007 and is currently a Senior Vice President of RMR. Mr. Donley has more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience in the commercial real estate industry and is a certified public accountant. Mr. Donley will continue to serve as Service Properties Trust’s (Nasdaq: SVC) Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
