AM Best to Exhibit, Host Reception at 2023 FIDES Conference in Rio de Janeiro

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--AM Best will exhibit and host a networking reception at the 38th Hemispheric Insurance Conference of the Inter-American Federation of Insurance Companies (FIDES), which will take place Sept. 24-26, 2023, in Rio de Janeiro.

The conference, which will be held at the Windsor Convention and Expo Center, is the regional event for the Latin American (re)insurance industry and is held every two years by the Inter-American Federation of Insurance Companies, a non-profit organization that brings together insurance associations from 20 member countries, with CNseg among the founding entities and representatives in Brazil. Conference attendees can visit suite No. 29 on the EXPOFIDES floor to receive information about AM Best, its role in the insurance industry and the resources it offers to insurance professionals, including Best’s Credit Ratings.

AM Best will host a networking reception on Monday, Sept. 25, from 5:30 p.m.-7 p.m. BRT in the Imperial Room of the Windsor Convention Center - Barra Wing. Executives from AM Best Rating Services attending the conference include Matthew C. Mosher, president and CEO, and Andrea Keenan, executive vice president and chief strategy officer, as well as Carlos De la Torre, managing director of operations of AM Best’s Latin America-based subsidiary, A.M. Best América Latina, S.A. de C.V., Institución Calificadora de Valores.
