CSC Announces Key Hire to Lead Expansion of Corporate Trust and Agency Services for Latin America

Michael C. Morcom, CFA to lead new business and product development in the region.

WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--CSC, the world’s leading provider of business, legal, tax, and digital brand services, has announced the addition of Michael C. Morcom as managing director for Latin America. In this role, he will be responsible for driving growth in the Latin American market across the full suite of corporate trust and agency services provided by CSC’s wholly owned subsidiary, Delaware Trust Company.

With extensive expertise in corporate trust and agency services, deep knowledge of local and international capital markets, and a proven track record in the Latin American market, Morcom brings a wealth of knowledge to the team. “I’m excited to join the exceptional team at CSC and contribute to its ongoing success. I look forward to leveraging my experience to drive the expansion of our global capital markets businesses in Latin America and the advancement of our product development initiatives," he said.

Morcom will report to Dan Fisher, executive vice president of Global Capital Markets for the Americas which includes corporate trust, agency, and independent director services. With almost 30 years of financial services experience, Morcom was most recently director and head of Latin America Issuer Services Sales at Citibank in New York. In addition to his tenure with Citibank, he held positions with Ambac Assurance Corporation, Barclays Capital, Duff & Phelps Credit Rating Company, and The Chase Manhattan Bank.
