Alliant Insurance Services Hires Rick Kahle, Expands Employee Benefits Team in Missouri

Kahle will apply commercial insurance and entrepreneurial experiences to help build and lead Alliant’s Kansas City team

IRVINE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Rick Kahle has joined Alliant Insurance Services as Senior Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group. As a team leader in the Kansas City marketplace, Kahle will work with a broad range of clients across the region to create, implement, and manage employee benefits solutions that meet today’s complex business challenges and address the needs of employees.

Kahle has more than 25 years of experience in employee benefits consulting and brokerage, as well as considerable experience working in Kansas City’s entrepreneurial ecosystem. In 2019, he co-founded a firm that combines executive-level marketing, business development, and business strategy to provide simple, smart, and affordable growth solutions for clients. His work includes employee benefits consulting, business consulting, mentorship and team building, civic engagement, and client relationship optimization.

Prior to impacting the Kansas City early-stage ecosystem, Kahle helped build and lead two global insurance brokerage and consulting firms. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri.
