Numenta Appoints Amy Stanton SVP of Strategy and Business Development

Stanton to help usher in new commercial era for longtime research company

REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Numenta, Inc., creator of powerful neuroscience-based AI solutions, today announced the appointment of Amy Stanton as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development. In her new role, she will focus on strategic investments and partner relationships as the company begins bringing its first commercial products to market.

Stanton is an accomplished senior executive specializing in strategy, business operations, and program management with more than 20 years of experience in launching complex hardware and software products to market, driving strategy, investor relations, and cross-functional execution. She has held senior leadership positions across high-tech, mobile, and consumer companies, including Mojo Vision, GTM Ventures, Google, Motorola, and Palm.
