Achievers Employee Experience Platform Awarded First Place in “Baker’s Dozen” Customer Satisfaction Ratings by HRO Today

HR professionals who use Achievers for employee recognition and rewards give top placement overall and in breadth of service category

TORONTO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Achievers, the industry leading employee experience platform, announced today its top rankings in the annual HRO Today Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings. Based on an independent analysis of feedback collected from 220 verified recognition customers and buyers, Achievers earned the No. 1 position out of nine R&R platform providers. Achievers also ranked first place in the survey’s breadth of service category.

Being named the top recognition platform by customers today follows similar placement by Everest Group’s 2023 Rewards and Recognition (R&R) Solutions PEAK Matrix® earlier this year. In the analyst group’s assessment of the industry’s vendors, Achievers was ranked No. 1 in vision and capability based on relentless innovation and increase in scope and delivery of services.

“Since Achievers was initially founded, we’ve pushed to be the innovation leader in the category. From being the first to focus on social recognition, to the first app, and now in the areas of nudging and personalization. As much as the technology plays a role in leading member adoption, the reason our customers have the highest active usage in the industry is because our service teams help to activate the technology,” said Achievers CEO Jeff Cates. “This recognition from HRO Today speaks to our customers validating how much they appreciate the partnership we aspire to provide,” he added.

Based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated recognition platform services, the Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings are determined by service breadth, deal sizes, and quality of service. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, scores are calculated in all three categories and determine an overall score.

“Employee recognition leads to better employee retention and engagement. Companies seeking reward and recognition technology and service partners consider the information provided in the Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Survey as extremely valuable insight to a successful RFP process,” said Elliot Clark, CEO of SharedXpertise and publisher of HRO Today. “Achievers led this year’s ranking in the No. 1 position, overall and for breadth of service, differentiating itself as an exceptional provider in this highly competitive industry.”
