Led by experienced educators and industry professionals, TPU is committed to providing high-quality commercial real estate education for its team members. With a client-centered approach, TPU fosters critical thinking, creativity, and practical application in real-world work environments.

TPU differentiates itself from traditional corporate training by offering specialized courses within its three Colleges, each designed and taught by in-house subject matter experts. These Colleges include Facilities & Maintenance, Asset & Property Management, and Finance & Accounting. Custom courses cover diverse topics, all with a strong emphasis on value creation, investment returns, and client and tenant satisfaction.

Thomas Park University began offering courses in the Spring 2023 semester and will offer another six courses this Fall semester. Course topics include Commercial Leasing, Investments & Valuation, and CAM & Recoveries. Additional courses cover skills and knowledge around topics such as General Maintenance, Electricity, Plumbing, HVAC, and Safety in the Workplace. Courses are offered during business hours at Thomas Park’s main office in Annapolis, and also via video conference.

Thomas Park team members take courses based upon the recommendation of their supervisor. This ensures they receive the education needed to perform very well in their current role, while also providing the training needed for career advancement as the firm grows.
