The Standard Promotes Jodi Hoover to Assistant Vice President of Policy Administration Transformation and Operations

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) announced today that Jodi Hoover has been promoted to assistant vice president of Policy Administration Transformation and Operations in Employee Benefits.

Hoover joined The Standard in 2022 as second vice president of Policyholder Services. Her current role includes oversight of teams in Billing Services, Premium Management, Member Maintenance, Continued Benefits, Contracts, Onboarding and Policy Administration. In her new role, Hoover will also be the team lead guiding the company’s transition to a new policy administration system.

Prior to joining The Standard, Jodi spent more than two decades in various leadership roles with MassMutual, Lincoln Financial Group and Trustmark. During that time, she led teams focused on sales operations, implementation, enrollment services, account management and business operations.

Hoover graduated from Illinois State University with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice.
