The Standard Promotes Angie Cuthill to Second Vice President of Individual Annuities Operations

PORTLAND, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) announced today that Angie Cuthill has been promoted to second vice president of Individual Annuities Operations.

Cuthill joined The Standard in 2006. She held a variety of leadership roles in Employee Benefits before moving to the Individual Annuities team in 2019. In her most recent role as senior director of Individual Annuities, Cuthill established a foundational operations system, built effective partnerships with vendors and strengthened a high-performing team.

In her new role, Cuthill will continue leading operational transformation in furtherance of the growth strategy in Individual Annuities while ensuring technological alignment with the department’s Systems Support team. The Individual Annuities Systems Support team will join Cuthill’s organization to maximize this alignment while developing a technology roadmap for the future.

Cuthill graduated from Bowling Green State University with a bachelor’s degree in business/corporate communications. She also has an associate degree in culinary arts/chef training from Western Culinary Institute.
