Perifery Appoints Jonathan Morgan to Lead Edge and Storage Product Offerings

As the Senior Vice President of Product and Technology, Morgan Will Drive Perifery’s Growth Across Core and Edge Markets

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Perifery, a division of DataCore, today announced Jonathan Morgan as senior vice president of product and technology. Morgan is a well-known technology evangelist, innovator, and product visionary with more than two decades of experience in storage, infrastructure, and vertical markets within the media and entertainment sector. In his new role, Morgan will be responsible for product innovation, engineering, and customer support efforts as Perifery ramps up for accelerated growth. Based in Wales, Morgan will report to Perifery General Manager Abhijit Dey.

He will also ensure that the Perifery appliance is successfully delivered across core and edge markets, working closely with product management and the company’s partners and integrators globally. Morgan is the co-founder and former CEO of object storage pioneer Object Matrix. Prior to founding Object Matrix, Morgan was a consultant at EMC, Ubiquity, and Accenture.
