DAT and Convoy reach amicable settlement of pending litigation

BEAVERTON, Ore.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--DAT Freight & Analytics, which operates the DAT One marketplace for spot truckload freight and the DAT iQ analytics service, and Convoy, a leading digital freight network, today announced the amicable settlement of pending legal action between DAT and Convoy:

“DAT and Convoy have amicably resolved their dispute on confidential terms, including a payment by Convoy to DAT to avoid the uncertainty and expense of continued litigation.
