CHICAGO & DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jennifer Parker, an Audit partner in the Dallas office of Grant Thornton LLP, has been named to the Dallas Business Journal’s 2023 “40 Under 40” class. Parker and her fellow honorees were chosen from hundreds of candidates for the annual list, which recognizes talented, influential and accomplished leaders from various industries across the city.

Doreen Griffith, Grant Thornton’s market managing partner in Dallas and a member of the firm’s Partnership Board, is grateful that Parker has been recognized for her contributions to the firm and the Dallas community.

“Jennifer builds authentic relationships and has an innate ability to understand what her clients need,” Griffith says. “I’m thankful to the Dallas Business Journal for recognizing her leadership, and I’m looking forward to working alongside her and our talented Dallas colleagues as we continue providing high-quality, personalized service to clients in our market and beyond.”

Through both a keen eye for detail and a thorough knowledge of her clients’ industries, Parker helps her team deliver the high-quality results organizations need. Further, she embodies Grant Thornton’s commitment to fostering a people-focused workplace. Parker prioritizes mentorship, often taking the firm’s young professionals under her wing and providing a groundswell of support as they grow their careers.

Outside of work, she is a frequent volunteer and member of the board of directors at Cancer Support Community North Texas, which provides individualized support to mothers, fathers, spouses and siblings grappling with a loved one’s cancer diagnosis.

“This recognition is a testament to my teammates,” Parker says. “Our Dallas colleagues are a caring, driven and talented group of people, and I can’t wait to see what our future holds as we continue working alongside a truly exciting group of clients.”
